DESCRIPTION: A dynamic interactive six hour presentation that includes analysis of strengths and weaknesses and presents ideas/innovations that will strengthen your athletic director and coaching staff.

Two separate in-services will be presented and both groups will reconvene and discuss new learned ideas.

OBJECTIVE: To improve the effectiveness and efficiency of your athletic director’s office and improve the quality of your total coaching staff.
