Layton Ritter, a four year track letter winner for the West High School Boys' Track team has decided to continue his track career at the University of Dubuque in Dubuque, Iowa. Layton also plans to run cross country at the University of Dubuque.
At West High School, he was a two year letter winner in cross country and he was named team captain during his senior year.
Director of Athletics, Dr. Anthony W. Pappas stated: “I am so happy for Layton and his entire family. During his four years at West High School he has grown both as an individual and as an athlete. We want to wish Layton all the best as he moves on to the next part of his life.”
